If you bought your timepiece from our online shop (this website), submit a request using the form. We'll get back to you as soon as possible, usually in 3 working days.
Meanwhile, register your timepiece if you haven't already done so. You may also refer to the user manual for more information.
For repairs you can send the item to us by post or in person, and you shall bear all incurred costs and risk of loss or damage while the item's in transit.
It typically takes 2 weeks for minor repairs and 2 months for major ones.
For out-of-warranty work we'll provide you a cost estimate and proceed after we receive your payment.
