Each timepiece is warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from its date of purchase, provided it's purchased from us or an authorised dealer and registered within 30 days of purchase.
For every valid warranty claim we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the timepiece or, if that isn't commercially reasonable, issue you a refund.
The warranty doesn't cover damage that, in our opinion, is caused by wear and tear, surface treatment (polishing, chemical patination, etc.), accident or mishandling, and will be void if the item was handled differently from the instructions in the user manual or by an unauthorised third party.
The warranty is not extended to complimentary items, straps, accessories and case finish. In particular, leather is a natural material and may have scars and marks, and bronze will develop patina over time - even during shipment. For valid warranty claims made within 5 days upon receipt, we will pay all shipping costs. For all other warranty claims, you shall bear the cost of shipping the timepiece to us.
Shipping & Customs Clearance
Shipping is free when you buy from our online shop (this website). We ship from Singapore, and to most countries and locations. Items in stock are typically shipped in 3 working days (Monday to Friday) after we receive your payment. Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Timepieces are shipped internationally via DHL Express, and the shipment usually takes 4-8 working days to reach you. For certain destinations we may use EMS instead, or contact you to discuss alternatives.
Accessories are shipped internationally via DHL eCommerce or, if that's not viable, registered mail with online tracking. Shipment usually takes 7-21 working days. DHL eCommerce is usually faster, but depending on the destination the parcel may first be shipped to DHL's sorting facility in Frankfurt, Germany and then dispatched to your address. So don't be surprised if online tracking indicates that your parcel is in Frankfurt - it's normal.
If you buy accessories together with timepieces we'll combine the shipment and use DHL Express.
For deliveries in Singapore, we use Singpost and it usually takes 1-2 working days.
Our price doesn't include taxes, which your local customs authority may require you to pay. As different countries have different tax rates, contact your customs authority or courier for more information.
For customs declaration we state the actual item description and value, unless you provide specific instructions during checkout. We're not responsible if the item is held by customs. We're not liable for delay, damage or loss arising from transit or customs clearance.
In-Store Pickup (Singapore Only)
Our store opens by appointment only. After completing your order you'll receive an email with instructions on how to book an appointment.
We accept only cash and DBS PayLah at our store. If you wish to use credit card, do it online when completing your order.
Your appointment will be cancelled if we don't hear from you within 30 minutes of the appointment time. Your order will be cancelled if you haven't made payment. If you already paid, your order will be sent to you by post. If someone else is collecting for you, inform us beforehand.
If you bought your timepiece from our online shop and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may email us within 5 days upon receipt to return the item and seek a refund.
To be eligible for a full refund the timepiece must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. In returning the item you shall bear all incurred costs and risk of loss or damage while the item's in transit.
In a full refund we charge a re-stocking fee of USD50 per returned item, and additional charges apply if the item is incomplete, damaged or, in our opinion, shows signs of wear. All refunds arising from cancellations and returns are in US dollars and via PayPal, and taxes paid, credit card interest and exchange rate differences are not refundable.
Accessories purchases are not eligible for refund.
For preorders made via our online shop, we'll send you an email confirmation after we receive your preorder. At a later date, when stock is available, we'll email you to complete the purchase. Production timelines are estimates and we're not liable for delays.
