Shipping is free. Items in stock are typically shipped in 3 working days (Monday to Friday) after we receive your payment.
Accessories are shipped internationally via DHL eCommerce or, if not viable, registered mail with online tracking. DHL eCommerce is usually faster. With DHL eCommerce, the parcel is shipped to a central sorting facility (e.g. the one in Frankfurt, Germany) and then dispatched to the destination country. Once the parcel has reached the destination country, DHL eCommerce will hand over to the local postal service (e.g. USPS if in USA) which will then deliver it to your address.
Shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you via email. The tracking number is generated by DHL eCommerce, but once the parcel has reached the destination country it can also be tracked via the destination country's local postal service website, if available.
Shipment usually takes 7-21 working days.
If you buy accessories together with timepieces we'll combine the shipment and use DHL Express.
For deliveries in Singapore, we use Singpost and it usually takes 1-2 working days.
Our price doesn't include taxes, which your local customs authority may require you to pay. As different countries have different tax rates, contact your customs authority or courier for more information. We're not liable for delay, damage or loss arising from transit or customs clearance.
Accessories purchased from us are warranted against manufacturing defects, provided that we're notified of the defects within 5 days upon receipt.
For every valid warranty claim we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item or, if that isn't commercially reasonable, issue you a refund. The warranty is not extended to natural markings on leather or patina on bronze parts, and doesn't cover damage that, in our opinion, is caused by wear and tear, surface treatment (polishing, chemical patination, etc.), accident or mishandling.
If you bought something from our online shop and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may email us within 5 days upon receipt to return the item and seek a refund.
To be eligible for a full refund the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. In returning the item you shall bear all incurred costs and risk of loss or damage while the item's in transit. Refunds on purchases are in US dollars and via PayPal, and taxes paid, credit card interest and exchange rate differences are not refundable.
