Leather has been in use since prehistory for clothing and shelter. It played a key role in the evolution of pocket watches to wrist watches, when timepieces were first worn on the wrist of military personnel by means of leather straps.
Made from vegetable-tanned Italian cowhide using traditional techniques, Gruppo Gamma's Toscana strap is soft and subtle and will age gracefully, acquiring its own character over time. The simplicity of accent stitching ensures the strap would be suitable for any timepiece and occasion.
For added sophistication and durability, edges are painted in matching color and the underside is lined with black leather.
